I joined Al-Ain eye hospital in 2012 and providing specialist eye care to the patients since then. I found Chief Executive Officer of this hospital, Dr. Muhammad Mukhtar Ahmad, the recipient of Life Time Excellence Award by President of Pakistan, a very dynamic, extremely professional, honest and fatherly figure. He guided me at every step and I have been enjoying seeing patients under him in congenial atmosphere. He supported me doing ethical practices. I also appreciate the services rendered by my fellow colleagues and cooperative, disciplined subordinate staff. Recently, we have shifted from our previous old building to our new set-up which is still in its early teething stage. Adjustment phase always takes some time and we will wriggle out of this in due course of time. In brief, Al-Ain eye hospital enjoys its reputation due to proper diagnostic and operative tretment facilities given by it's competent doctors and staff, leading to high degree of patients satisfaction. I wish and pray for its progress in future as well. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Waseem FCPS

Neat & clean Eye hospital for OPD and all type of eye surgeries. Doctors are good, staff is very cooperative. There is a shop inside for glasses and related medicine. Location is easily accessible, all public transport is available just a few yards away. OPD timing is 10:00 am to 12:00 noon and 05:00 pm to 07:00 pm.

My experience at the Al-Ain Institute of Eye Diseases was incredibly disappointing. They charged me a steep 3000 rs for a consultation, but the diagnosis was completely wrong. I came in with symptoms of Keratitis, but they misdiagnosed me and treated it as a minor infection. This mistake led to a severe corneal damage, which could have been prevented. The clinic's lack of attention to detail, unprofessional staff, and poor facilities made matters worse. I would strongly advise against seeking care at this clinic, as it appears that their primary concern is profit, not patient well-being.
