I used the services of this center multiple today I sent my family for pre operation work up I am surprised to see the blood group report Her Blood group was A +. Today they have given report A - how it come negative from positive it is not a minor thing I myself belong to medical profession.... May be it is a human errors, or untrained staff ..... I wanted to contact any responsible person but couldn't get through....

Unprofessional staff , the condition of the lab counter/blood collection counter like butcher’s shop.There were two staff members present at night who were handling customer deals and cash collection, And the same staff was also collecting blood, which could prove to be very dangerous.The tone of the security in-charge's speech was,as if I had come to a government office. I would not recommend laboratory testing to anyone.

- Unprofessional staff with poor manners and unfriendly demeanor. - Disappointing experience due to unhelpful staff and subpar care. - Urgent need for staff training to treat patients with dignity and respect. - Doctors frequently late or unavailable during scheduled times. - Rushed treatment lacking personalized care and attention. - Staff shows lack of empathy and understanding, neglecting patients' concerns. - Unorganized and inefficient service, leading to frustrating experiences. - Overall, an average hospital with subpar staff behavior and a need for significant improvement.
