Pediatrician Noor-ul-in was talking very rudely, Her tone was not polite at all, i was feeling like I am consulting her free of cost, She was behaving like this like she is checking my toddler free of cost so thats why she can talk rudely, guide us while taunting, I don't like this behavior of hers, No matter how rough her day was she still cannot talk to patients like this specially after taking 700 consulting fee.

I had a very bad experience last week when my wife, who is pregnant, was suffering from a viral fever. I decided to visit Al-Rayaz Hospital because her treatment has been ongoing there. We arrived at the hospital around 4 pm, and the doctor advised me to admit her. Having no other option, I agreed, and the doctor recommended tests such as dengue, CBC, and chikungunya, which are prevalent these days. The initial treatment started, and the RMO was waiting for the test reports. I selected a semi-private room because I had no idea how long we would need to stay. Around 10 pm, I complained to the RMO about mosquitoes in the room and requested it be cleaned. She responded by saying that she had suggested I take a deluxe room but I chose a semi-private one. This remark made me lose my temper, leading to a debate. After our argument, she came to the room a minute later, handed me some receipts, and informed me that the doctor requested certain medicines. I was surprised by how quickly she contacted the doctor and suspected that she was acting out of spite. Despite this, I arranged for the medicines and continued waiting for the test results. During this time, the RMO visited the room again, and my wife asked if the fever was harmful to our baby. The RMO bluntly told her it was, which shocked me and made me question the staff's level of education. We received the test results around 1 am, and thankfully, everything was clear. I then requested the RMO to write a prescription for oral medication and discharge my wife. She informed me that they could not discharge her without the doctor's recommendation, which would happen the next day. The following day, the situation worsened as they told me to wait because the doctor was in the labor room. Frustrated, I decided to take my wife home without informing the hospital but ensured all dues were cleared since the hospital charges all costs before treatment. Additionally, during our stay, I observed that the majority of cases, around 90%, were not normal deliveries but C-sections.

I found their service to be completely unsatisfactory.I had my mother's eye surgery performed here and received the best contact lenses, but since then, there have been no benefits. I've visited them numerous times, but they keep giving me new appointment dates and changing the medications and tests without providing any relief. Additionally, their attitude is very unprofessional.
