I have been in Canada for the past 12 years, and during my recent visit, I decided to try Al Khaleej American Aesthetic Clinic. I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, and they explained every step of the process thoroughly. The clinic is immaculate and uses advanced technology, which gave me confidence in their services. The results were phenomenal—better than I expected! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking high-quality aesthetic treatments with exceptional care.

I did a hair transplant recently at Al Khaleej under the supervision of Dr Basit. I met physicians at a few other hair transplant centers before choosing Alkhaleej and I found Dr Basit amazing in terms of professional and communication skills! I felt in good hands with the doctor and he responds to all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. It's only been ten days so I can't much say about the results but overall I had a pretty good experience during the transplant procedure; they accommodated all my needs and made sure I was the most comfortable possible during the process. The room was sanitized and appropriate protocols were followed for safety. A few things that could be improved in my opinion: 1. The pre op and post op care should be clearly defined well IN ADVANCE (before booking) of the procedure. There are so many things to do and not to do (e.g. sleep positions, consumption of food/drinks, scab removal process, etc.) at various days before/after the process. They were told to me when the time came only and therefore I wasn't mentally prepared for them in advance. It would be ideal to create a detailed document that could be given to the patient beforehand including pictures/videos for explanation where necessary. 2. The additional cost of the recommended post op medications, supplements, shampoos, serum etc. should also be clearly indicated beforehand, which is around PKR 40-50k in my case. 3. The bed/position on which the procedure was done was not super ergonomic. My process took 9+ hours, and towards the end, I was feeling intense neck pain. There was a towel rolled and placed under my neck for support but it wasn't the most comfortable setup.
