I had severe pain in both knees, particularly in my right knee and used to drag my feet while walking. I consulted several orthopaedic doctors who all suggested knee replacement and gave me medication. In September my daughter in law's relative recommended Al kahleej orthopaedic as they has experienced a great improvement after stem cells treatment. I visited the clinic and met Dr KM Shah who carefully examine me, conducted tests and performed a stem cells procedure. After 10 days of rest I noticed remarkable improvement i could lift my knee proper instead of dragging them. Following this I underwent three weeks of physiotherapy, which brought unexpected relief. Now I continue weekly sessions as there is still slight pain in my right knee. But I am confident it will improve soon

I was dealing with severe knee pain, a frozen shoulder and issues with my cervical and lumbar discs that severely limited my mobility. I came from Islamabad, and On 2nd January, I underwent a stem cell procedure performed by Dr Km Shah. The procedure went well, though I was initially very scared. The nursing staff took excellent care of me and explained everything about the kits they were using. Also Dr Zainab encouraged throughout the process and Dr KM Shah patiently listened to and addressed all my concerns. On the procedure day I only felt injection pain for a short time and mild burning for the next two days. Now I am undergoing physiotherapy and I feel a significant improvement. My mobility has greatly improved. I can now walk longer distances, my shoulder movements has returned and I can perform daily tasks independently. Although there's still some minor pain in my backbone but I am confident it will improve based in the results I have experienced so far. Overall I am very satisfied with thr treatment and great full for the care I received.

On January 17th, I visited Al Khaleej Orthostem and met Dr Sanober who provided excellent consultation, answered all my questions, and immediately initiated my tests, x-rays and physiotherapy. Dr Khalid Mehmood Shah performed Stem cells procedure with great care and the nursing staff was incredibly supportive throughout. After 10 physiotherapy sessions I feel significant improvement my knee pain has reduced, and I can walk much better now. There's still some pain in my left knee and my neck and right shoulder are still slightly painful. The staff, especially Dr Sanober and my physiotherapist Namrah have provided exceptional professional care. I'm very satisfied with my treatment. However I did face some issues with the accountant. He should be more professional, polite and empathetic. I believe he needs to be more compassionate in dealing with patients.
