A reasonable amount of tests are done in the laboratory

I had gone to get my tooth x-rayed. When I got the x-ray, I found out that they had done x-ray on wrong tooth. Not the one which I had pointed out. When I went back, they readily did x-ray of the correct tooth and didn't charge me anything. The charges for x-ray and other tests are reasonable.

Pathetic service. Laboratory seems like a graveyard, wretched furniture and no air conditioner, worst condition and full of suffocation. Unprofessional staff, will never visit again.

The service is not so good, but it cannot be said as poor. I had a worst feeling when I want my report to be given me on urgent basis. But they don't even bother how urgent you need the report or any emergency. They need 26 hrs to generate the report, mind blowing. Now X-ray report can be given in 2 to 3 hrs in normal hospital because people cannot wait for the whole day to get the report. But they did it. My suggestion is to minimize the reporting time at least learn from the others, it might help you to get more customers.
