Dr. Samreen, show some grace and professionalism—qualities one would expect from a healthcare provider. Unfortunately, my experience with her and the rest of the staff at Bagh-e-Halar General Hospital was nothing short of terrible. I underwent Gynecomastia surgery here, and the overall experience was deeply disappointing. Dr. Samreen’s behavior was shockingly unethical and unprofessional. When I was still recovering from general anesthesia, just 30 minutes post-op, she approached me with questions. As she was leaving, I asked her a question in return, only for her to shout at me for not asking earlier. Her lack of empathy and aggression toward a recovering patient was completely unacceptable. Instead of offering care, she berated me, showing a total disregard for my situation. The hospital staff was equally unprofessional. There was no sense of patient care, and privacy in the ward was non-existent. Makeshift wooden dividers between beds offered no real privacy. When I requested basic things like a urine bottle, it took them over 20 minutes to respond, and they seemed to have lost essential items. Their overall disorganization and slow response times only added to the stress of my stay. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at Bagh-e-Halar General Hospital. The staff lacks professionalism, and the environment is far from what one would expect in a place of care.
