It is with great regret that I have to write this article, and this article is not being written to criticize the clinic, but to improve it, because people come here for treatment. I have been visiting the clinic for the past several years for treatment and I have benefited a lot because I had a problem with the disc between my L4 L5 disc. My disc had become diffuse and bulging and more than half of it was pressing on my nerve, due to which I was facing difficulty in getting up, sitting and walking. The doctor had advised me to undergo microdiscectomy surgery. I had seen Dr. Salman Sharif, Dr. Shahid Mustafa and Dr. Aziz Sonawala and even after their treatment, I did not get any relief. When I first visited Bilal Hijama, I met Bilal Sahib, who advised me to get cupping done, which made a big difference and I started feeling very comfortable. Then time passed and I would visit the clinic every three months or six months, but I would notice one thing that as time went by, the boys who had worked here for a short period of time and every time I went there was a new boy. Then time passed because I had benefited a lot from the treatment, so I advised many of my relatives, friends, and neighbors to visit Bilal Hijamah. They still visit Bilal regularly on my advice. One thing I always noticed was that whenever I visited the team, I would find a new worker there and the seniors were not there. They would leave the clinic after training and start doing their own work. Yesterday when I visited the clinic, I gave my mobile number to the receptionist, which made him unable to find my record. Then I told him my name and he was able to find my record. In the beginning, when I went, the receptionist would just give me my mobile number and he would pick up a register, take out my form from it and give it to the doctor. First, I would meet the doctor, then he would advise me that yes, it's okay, you should repeat this cupping again. Well, anyway, when I went in to get cupping, once again there were two new people in front of me. They had my form open on their mobile and they were watching. Then they cupped me, but when I looked at them at home, the cupping was in the wrong places. The cups were not in the places where I was supposed to get cups, which is why I didn't get any relief from the pain. I request Bilal sir to give the clinic a little more time and try to ensure that the older guys don't leave work. At least one senior guy should be there as a supervisor in the morning and evening shifts. I don't know why you think it doesn't matter to the clinic if someone work with you leaves, but I think that if things continue like this, one day your clinic will be completely closed.
