An excellent and dsperately needed addition of good pharmacy in the area. Their medicine are well stocked. The staff is well trained and courteous. The OTC products stocking is also good. Plus, they last have a selection of essentially surgical and care products. Theace offers a good experience of int'l standard pharmacy. They also offer free home delivery in the area, if needed. Highly recommended.

I booked an order online in the evening and prompted very clearly in the special instructions column on the webpage that I urgently need it today/tonight at any cost. In order to prove my urgency, I made my payment via my credit card instantly. To my disappointment, right after my payment, I received an auto-generated email tantalising me with some lame excuses like "we are currently having a backlog in our online orders.. our riders are struggling hard nowadays.. if you wanna have your product urgently, please visit our nearest outlet in your area..", etc etc. Since, the system didn't at all warn me at the time of payment that my order should be delayed, or whatever, I tried calling their UAN to quote my problem and to request regarding my urgency. Their UAN totally refused to entertain my request via the lame excuses like their online operator timimg is 0900-1900hrs only. I had no option but to rush down to the nearest Dvago pharmacy situated at Clifton Centre, following their own request to me for my urgency, with my Order No. in my hand, adding insult to my injury, it's also closed, just around half eight (20:30hrs)or so. So this is your quality service and prompt actions upon your customers' emergent request... that you charge them quietly with the money, but once the payment is done, you don't respect our urgencies or emergent special requirements which we earlier requested you for.... Shame..!
