I would like to thank Prof Dr. Iqbal Khyani for what he is doing. He is a learned, skilled & kind-hearted ENT doctor in the town with an amazing way of communicating. He listens to his patients & gives them time to understand and reach out at the final diagnosis. He is the best and second to none in his field.

Disappointing and Painful Experience We visited this doctor due to a hearing issue in my father's ear, caused by wax buildup. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The clinic lacked proper equipment for wax removal. Instead of using modern, sterile tools, the doctor used an already opened ear scissor which did not appear to be freshly sterilized. The procedure was done hastily, lasting only about three minutes, but it caused my father significant pain. Worse, it resulted in a wound inside his ear. We are now having to treat this with antibiotics and ear drops prescribed afterward. Normally, we go to Agha Khan Hospital, but due to budget constraints, we opted for this clinic. While the consultation fee of 2500 was manageable, the overall experience was not up to professional standards. This review reflects my personal experience. Others may have had better encounters, but I felt it was important to share this to help others make an informed decision. Whether you choose to visit this doctor is entirely your personal choice.
