My wife visited Dr. Mukhtar Singapuri at Jamal Noor Hospital, Karachi, with my daughter and niece on July 6th, 2024. Both children were suffering from sore throats, and one had a fever and headache. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. Dr. Singapuri used the same tongue depressor for both children without any cleaning measures, showing a complete lack of concern for cross-contamination. This lack of professionalism was very concerning. Additionally, Dr. Singapuri prescribed medication without specifying the dosage or frequency, which is essential information for proper treatment. He simply suggested visiting a child specialist if there was no improvement after a week. Overall, we were very disappointed with Dr. Singapuri's non-professional behavior and lack of attention to detail. We would not recommend him to others seeking thorough and careful medical care.

Not satisfied, treated like 200 street doctor. He supposed to diagnosed first the root cause of my issue. 5 days course finished. No change. Waste of time.
