Thought really highly of the place with so much social media presence and advertising involving celebrities etc. But for one Dr. Rabbia only caters and attends to some specific patients noticeably male (who just like everyone having appointments and waiting for their turn) don't wait to be attended. They walk straight in and start treatment. Secondly the other therapists are not professional enough. Thirdly they don't give you appointments and when they do they're so far apart that treatment basically renders ineffective. They don't take any medical history so for a diabetic patient getting any cuts through any therapy/treatment can become life threatening as was the case in my treatment. You are not allowed to give opinion on your treatment either. The worst thing of all is there's no patient therapist information confidentially. Your problem or opinion is public property and will be discussed with who so ever available. There are patients who've complained about selective treatment before but they put it up like medal on their social media and defend it without any regard or improvement in management or working ethics. Having said all that Dr. Rabbia is good at what she does but is clearly jeopardising her good will as a medical practitioner with ill managed practice and more money.
