I want to sincerely thank Dr. Akbar Abbas for the exceptional care and support he provided during my thyroid cancer treatment. Being diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma was a very emotional and overwhelming experience for me and my family. From the very beginning, Dr. Akbar was calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions with patience, and guide me step by step through what needed to be done. Alhamdulillah, the surgery went smoothly, and I truly felt I was in safe hands throughout. Dr. Akbar handled every part of the process — from pre-op to recovery — with great care and precision. His calm and confident manner gave me a lot of peace during a tough time. I’m genuinely grateful for his professionalism, his kindness, and the way he made me feel supported — not just as a patient, but as a person. I’d also like to encourage others — please don’t ignore symptoms like difficulty swallowing, a lump in the neck, or changes in breathing or voice. I experienced hearing loss and underwent stapedectomy surgery with Dr. Akbar Abbas after being diagnosed with otosclerosis, which I developed during my pregnancy. Two months after the procedure, I already notice an improvement in my hearing. Dr. Akbar Abbas explained everything clearly and is very experienced and competent. He was accessible for any questions, and the surgery went smoothly. I’m now looking forward to having the same procedure on my left ear with Dr. Akbar Abbas.
