Worst call service ever. They just transfer line the one from one to another and no body is there to provide the information. This hospital has truly become a government entity where they don't give a shit about people. I have called them several times but every times someone picks up the call and tells me he/she is transferring the call to concern department and after a looooong wait another person picks up the call and tells me the exact same thing and puts the phone on hold. This goes on until they just drop the call.

First they said. Your order is here. Then they cntinusly ask me to wait and whej i wait all the day they says ofc timing is close and bye.??they did tht to me for 3 days i have all the conversation wil be provided and attached already What is this professional behavior about 24/7 emergency hospital? This is life saving vaccine for dog byte and i was treted bad im paying also but this should not tolerate in the health and life saving departmets. I have kore screen shots its just unfair behavior.

I had a C- section here… in my 2 days admission, i observed how beautifully they are doing Looot Maar as before my surgery i asked them many times to share the package they refused that they don’t have any specific package and the charges included for 3 days. As i was recovering so my doctor allow me to be discharged on the second day… but the hosp administration tried their best to make any lame reason that they could make me stay on the third day so they could charge 30k extra. Besides this their food for patients was good… doctors were cooperative. Cleanliness was fine. And they also gave the complementary cake for the new born.
