Although it's better in many aspects but unfortunately there is no Prayer Space in OPD building for Ladies & gents both, which is showing their negligence to Islam and Muslims which is leading population or visitors of this hospital. Hop they will dedicate some special place for Namaz. Very soon

Had a good experience at Dr. Ziauddin Hospital. The staff was nice and helpful, and the doctors really knew what they were doing. The place was clean, and everything seemed well-organized. The only issue was the waiting time, but other than that, it was great. Definitely a good hospital to visit if needed!

If you love someone, DO NOT admit them to Ziauddin Hospital. This hospital is a nightmare. My mother-in-law, who is bedridden, was admitted for just 9 days — and in that time, their negligence caused her to develop horrific, bleeding diaper rashes. Her skin had ripped open due to being left in dirty diapers for hours. No staff applied creams, no one informed us, and her condition was completely ignored. We only discovered the extent of the damage when we brought her home. There was a nurse named Haseena who’s the worst The nursing staff is shockingly untrained, indifferent, and lazy. You have to chase them just to get basic care like feeding or changing a patient. They act like they’re doing you a favor when you ask them to do their job. There’s no empathy, no communication, and zero professionalism. Ziauddin charges premium prices but offers third-class service. It’s not just poor care — it’s blatant medical neglect. This place should be investigated by health authorities. Avoid it at all costs.

I am just wondering why we are paying a very high amount to have a check up and when we are trying to raise a concern they wont allow us to contact the doctor or talk to the doctor about the problem. The receptionist is always saying not allowed to call the doctor like what? We paid for that doctor and we are just having a concern like the medicine that he has prescribed was not available everywhere here Karachi. And the next appointment that he is going to be available is like after 2 days again or the doctor is on vacation. What if the prescribe medicine is very important for the patient and needs that as soon as possible? You will wait until the patients die or what? We just want to ask about the replacement of the medicine because the one that the doctor have prescribed is not available anymore in Karachi. So are we going to wait until the doctor will be available again and pay another consultation just for replacing the medicine?? This is not how the hospital people treats people. This is a matter of life and death situation. Doctors should be available all the time for their patients because they have an ought to save people lives and they are paid for that. I know they have to have their own lives as well but they should also accommodate and attend to a very important matters. We are just asking to talk for that certain doctor for the insulin replacement because the one he prescribed is not available anymore. So please be considerate enough to all of your patients and not just think about money. Thats why we came there to your hospital to be treated not to be ignored and just you will talk to us if you are available or for your convenience. Management please be aware of this you should tell your staffs about this. This is not how clinics or hospitals should be. Anywhere in the world if you have a problem you can always call and contact your doctors specifically if you have a bery important concern. I am surprised how come in this hospital they always says no. Very bad experience

Bad Review for Dr. Ziauddin Hospital I had an extremely disappointing experience at Dr. Ziauddin Hospital. This place is nothing more than a money-making business that prioritizes profit over patient care. From the moment you step in, you realize that their only concern is how much money they can extract from you, rather than providing quality treatment. The doctors behave as if they are dealing with prisoners, showing zero empathy and respect for the patients. They barely listen to concerns, rush through consultations, and make you feel like you’re an inconvenience rather than someone in need of medical care. The treatment is almost non-existent—you wait for hours just to be seen for a few minutes, only to be prescribed unnecessary tests and medications that seem more about increasing the bill than actually helping the patient. The hospital management is equally incompetent and unprofessional, with long waiting times, disorganized processes, and a complete lack of concern for patient well-being. If you truly care about your health or that of your loved ones, avoid Dr. Ziauddin Hospital at all costs. You’re better off finding a hospital that actually values human life over financial gain.
