I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior and attitude of the hospital staff. The staff members are not cooperative, and their conduct does not reflect the professionalism expected in a reputable hospital. Additionally, patients' turns are often unfairly given to individuals who are acquaintance of the staff, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience for others. I hope the administration takes this matter seriously and ensures better discipline and fairness in patient handling moving forward.
