I'm thrilled to share my outstanding experience at Hashmani Hospital, where my father received exceptional care from Dr. Nassar for chronic dacryocystitis. His expertise and successful surgery are truly commendable. Before consulting Dr. Nassar, we faced a concern, but the management team promptly resolved the issue, demonstrating their focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences. Special mention to the exceptional counselors, Miss Anum and Mr. Waqas, who guided us with compassion, understanding, and expertise. Their collective guidance made a huge difference in our experience. The entire staff, including Mr. Shehroze, were extremely cooperative and helpful, ensuring our needs were met. I highly recommend Hashmani Hospital and Dr. Nassar to anyone seeking quality medical care.

There is a lot of mismanagement in the hospital. Patients are made to wait for a long time, especially at the reception, and the staff is very uncooperative. They don't even admit their mistakes.
