Had been using their services for a while. Ordered some meds in December and that ordered had one medicine missing and upon notifying them they told that the amount will be refunded. Now it's been 3 months and every time I ping them they just make a standard statement that your refund request has been forwarded to the concerned department. Which company takes 3+ months to refund? It's just their tactic it seems to make user frustrate so they forget about the refund. Really pathetic customer service. Riders had been asking for extra tip for the delivery but seems like that wasn't enough and now this.

Respected Admin Staff Your Johar outlet's Staff (near Essa Lab) is too rude and not cooperative. They have no sense of using POS machines effectively. They are demanding card last or first four digits (Secured). Awaiting for your response. My number is already saved in your system.

worst experince. i usually take medicine from dvago munawar chowrangi branch. most of the time they charge extra money as they dont have coins. what the hell dvago managment is doing . please take necessary action. today i have bill of 77 they charge 80 couple of days before same case. is money free ? take necessary action
