Unprofessional, inexperienced, and misleading practice. My experience with Psych Cares was extremely disappointing and felt exploitative. They advertise a Rs. 3,500 consultation, but within 10 minutes, you’re sent to a separate room where someone (not clearly qualified) casually draws a story on a table as part of their “evaluation.” You’re then told you need an assessment costing Rs. 12,500, which is conducted by an inexperienced intern using basic tick-mark worksheets and images — nothing clinically thorough or standardized. When I asked for a proper diagnosis or official report, I was told I had to first begin therapy sessions — only then would anything be explained. If you express concern or push for clarity, their tone becomes defensive, passive-aggressive, or they stop responding altogether. At one point, I was told, “I don’t respond between 3 to 8 PM,” with no follow-up or resolution. They quote Rs. 8,000 per therapy session, then suddenly offer a “discounted” bundle of Rs. 5,000–6,000 for 6–8 sessions without clearly explaining what the sessions will include or how they are tailored to your case. Everyone is treated the same — no individual case review, no clear diagnosis process, and no meaningful guidance. When questioned about negative reviews, they dismiss them, claiming “those were old clients”, “fake reviews from competitors”, or “no longer relevant.” But based on my own recent experience, the issues still exist. It appears to be a small setup run by 5–6 people, including fresh, unlicensed student therapists. You’ll be asked to sign multiple documents but receive no receipts, no proper documentation, and absolutely no refund if you change your mind or feel misled. The entire setup feels like a well-scripted business operation, not a genuine mental health service. Mental health should never be treated as a business gimmick. It’s unethical to exploit people who are seeking help during vulnerable moments. Please be cautious before trusting Psych Cares with your care. Always verify credentials, licenses, and professional experience first. If anyone wants to see proof, I’m happy to share screenshots of my communication with them.

I highly recommend Psych Cares. The staff is professional, the environment is clean and welcoming, and the therapist paid close attention to even the smallest concerns. Starting therapy here has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I booked a therapy session but found out I was booked for a consultation instead. It seemed promising so I went ahead with it.. after paying for a consultation I was immediately told to take an assessment for which I was additionally charged. The results came in 15 minutes which advised me to take therapy twice a week. I was surprised to hear as I was only seeking support therapy at this point, however trusting their judgement I agreed but when I went to my first session I was appointed a therapist several years younger than I am (At least 8-9 years younger from what it seemed) and with no substantial experience in her early years of practice. Whereas I had clearly mentioned I’m looking for a highly experienced therapist. Upon my second session I kept asking for the therapists details as I had already spent nearly 20k on this process but I got no response and just a few minutes before my sessions was sent details of another inexperienced therapist. Would not recommend this place as this whole process seemed to be a waste of my time, energy and money. When I asked my therapist in my session about my assessment result she said it hasn’t been checked yet so how did the results come in 15 minutes where I was advised therapy twice a week. They are treating mental health as a money making business and fooling people around. Beware of this place.
