A few days ago, we visited South City Hospital, and we are completely satisfied with the treatment, facilities, and overall experience. The hospital maintains a clean and well-organized environment, with a highly professional and cooperative staff. From the consultation to the treatment process, everything was handled efficiently and with great care. Although the hospital is a bit expensive, the quality of service and patient care justifies the cost. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-notch healthcare services.

Had a really bad experience at south city hospital today. I called yesterday and asked for the information regarding U/S. The operator told me the radiology department is open despite of 1st may labour day. You can come walk in. No need of appointment. When I reached the clearly said the department is closed. I just want to ask authorities to provide specific information regarding the opening hours. Keeping in mind the traffic situation of karachi you have to educate your patients briefly. Please hire educated staff who can provide correct information via email and phone.

Today afterwards, I will never recommend Dr Sobia Haqqi to anyone. She doesn't know how to treat a patient struggling with childhood trama as she was well aware of my family history and background. Rather than treating me she laughs and do not listen what I was going through and make my parents addicted to the sleeping pills. Just taking fees of 5k more than it is easy for these elite class doctors.

South City Hospital Karachi is one of the most reputable private healthcare facilities in the city. Known for its cleanliness, advanced medical equipment, and professional staff, the hospital offers a range of services from general consultations to specialized surgeries. The environment is calm and well-maintained, and the doctors are highly qualified and attentive. Although it can be expensive compared to public hospitals, the quality of care, patient privacy, and efficient service make it worth considering for those who prioritize comfort and safety. Emergency services are responsive, and the nursing staff is generally kind and supportive. A reliable choice for high-standard medical treatment in Karachi.

The aftercare was absolutely pathetic. The doctors on the aftercare shift were extremely insensitive. My father was in extreme pain for hours, and no doctor came to provide the necessary medication. It was only when I started panicking and my father could no longer bear the pain that a doctor finally decided to intervene and administer medication. Please be careful—never admit your loved ones to this hospital. It was one of the worst days of our lives. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE. PATHETIC HOSPITAL. PS: No toilet rolls in washrooms
