As of Nov22, second floor is added and construction underway for expansion. It is still operational therefore no need for panic. May Allah keep us in his protection all the time.

AKU Clifton is my nearest hospital and I preferred to visit for all medical issues. However, hospital reception staff is worse and very impolite to patients just behaving like a public sector hospital. I request AKU Clifton Branch to learn some manner to their staff because patients are paying highest payment in your hospital compared to other hospitals in DHA Karachi.

Good hospital overall, however prices here at this particular branch are ridiculously high. Probably only catering to elite class as we are living in a vassal, feudal state. Anyways, please train your receptionists to be polite. They are rude and unprofessional and have little to no etiquette of talking to patients on the telephone.

It was my first visit to this facility. It's really nice and calm. Staff is coperative. However, I believe culture needs time to develop and penetrate within the organization.
