Had a high fever, rushed back, and they slapped a bill of 18,000 on me. Yeah, 18,000. Thank God I had money on me, or I don’t even know what I’d have done. If you’re middle class, seriously, think twice before going here. Staff was okay at best, not really professional, or maybe I just ended up there at the worst time around 5 in the morning. Still can’t believe how casually they charged that much.

A good hygienic place especially for a quick emergency stop. We always come here for all our IV infusions. The staff is very professional and cooperative.

I called to find out about charges for administering an intra-muscular injection. They said rs.600. Bigger hospitals are taking rs. 250. They are fleecing money. Administering intra-muscular injection is not a complicated task with not much skill required. Just a simple needle to put into flesh, no complications of searching for veins or anything. The person on the phone said this is what we'll charge no matter if others are charging rs.250, so come or don't come. How "caring and compassionate" (sarcasm intended).

I'm appalled to say that the service Western Clinics provide are impeccable! The staff is extremely cooperative and well trained, and the doctors here are also competent. I am a dentist by profession and visited here for my scaling and routine check up and found they're using high end materials for dental treatment as well as other departments too! Western Clinics are highly recommended!!👍🏻
