Extremely non-professional staff who just can't tell the exact time of surgery. Kept my mom waiting from 5 pm, saying the doctor would be here at 6 pm. The doctor arrived at time, and surgery time which was actually scheduled to 6, was moved to 7 pm. On inquiring again and again finally, another guy told the actual time of surgery. Which is after OPD ends. This is how they keep elderly patients in the waiting room for hours!

Dear Clinic Management, My concerns regarding the waiting area conditions at your clinic, patients have been facing difficulties due to the presence of mosquitoes and the unclean state of the water dispenser. These issues not only cause discomfort but also pose health risks, potentially leading to infections. Fumigation needs to be conducted monthly to address the mosquito problem effectively.
