All consultants are really very good of all the shifts. All the staff is really very cooperative. It is annoying that they don't let attendants in with the patients may be due covid measures. Dear Clinic Management, My concerns regarding the waiting area conditions at your clinic, patients have been facing difficulties due to the presence of mosquitoes and the unclean state of the water dispenser. These issues not only cause discomfort but also pose health risks, potentially leading to infections. Fumigation needs to be conducted monthly to address the mosquito problem effectively. Extremely non-professional staff who just can't tell the exact time of surgery. Kept my mom waiting from 5 pm, saying the doctor would be here at 6 pm. The doctor arrived at time, and surgery time which was actually scheduled to 6, was moved to 7 pm. On inquiring again and again finally, another guy told the actual time of surgery. Which is after OPD ends. This is how they keep elderly patients in the waiting room for hours!

Dr. Khalid is an exceptionally skilled ophthalmologist and I underwent LASIK surgery performed by him. I am very satisfied with the results.
